Yearly Road Fees

When someone purchases a property on Balsam Chutes Road they automatically become a member of the BCRA corporation, and thus need to pay a yearly fee.

Fees are due by March 31st of the current year and are based on a two tier system: 

​

Vacant lots are lots with no temporary or permanent structures or services ie. hydro. They pay $450/yr/civic number +HST. 

​

Occupied lots are lots with a temporary or permanent structure or any service ie. hydro. They pay $600/yr/civic number +HST.

Members can pay their fees in cash (a receipt is provided), by cheque(s), or by e-transfer to roadfees@balsamchutes.com
